Jean Arriau had several lives before becoming a sculptor. In 2013 his love for creation and art, pushed him to open his own workshop of several hundred square meters, allowing him to express his creativity freely. He likes to push back the laws of nature and imagine new forms in order to create unique and exceptional furniture, lighting and objects. Passionate about the work of matter and decidedly organic forms, Jean Arriau, multidisciplinary, sculptor, founder, and metalworker realizes timeless works, always having a sense, a reason to be, and developing the great themes of life. As a metal worker and owner of his own foundry, Hestia and Jean Arriau’s work can be made in different sizes and/or materials despite its singularity. Special orders are a part of the process we offer to insure that the pieces are made for any specific needs or place. We can work with any bronze shape and any stones such as pink quartz, rock crystal and onyx.
